Eazy Reminder is an online platform that facilitates the offering of reminder, diverse features and functionalities, essentially combining multiple reminder apps into one. It boasts a user-friendly interface, making it incredibly simple to navigate primarily through its application.

1. Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to this website/application with immediate effect and by visiting our website/application you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is binding upon you on each circumstance when you visit the website/application including while registering yourself on website/app, undertaking any transaction on the website/application with third party, transacting with Eazy Reminder etc.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to facilitate better services to all our users and the following are an indicative list of information we may collect from you:

• Personal information such as your full name, date of birth, contact number, email address and other such information by which we may identify by you.
• Contact information that you voluntarily give us, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as equivalent information about your location, medication reminder, payment schedules etc.

These disclosures are made in good faith and belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary for enforcing the Terms of service, this Privacy Policy, or for complying with the applicable laws and regulations.

The Services may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and those third parties may collect website usage information and your Device Identifier when web pages from any online or mobile Services are served to your browser. In addition, while using the Services, you may be directed to other websites or applications that are operated and controlled by third parties over which we do not have any control. Every reminder that is requested or saved in the application will be kept as private and confidential. Eazy Reminder agrees to endeavour to take all reasonable measures to keep it confidential. This includes all the requests and reminders saved whether it's a voice memo, location memo, bill or medical records are highly confidential. Eazy Reminder will not use any user's data for any other purposes except for this application.

7. Security

• The Protected Information and Usage Information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee that such information will never be accessed, used or disclosed in a manner that violates this policy. We expressly disclaim any representations or warranties, express or implied, with respect to guarantees, warranties, or otherwise providing any final security commitment with respect to your information. User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user password and user identity.
• The User shall be solely responsible for all activities and transmission performed by the User through his User identification. Eazy Reminder assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information related to the users in application purchases.
• If you are located outside India and choose to provide information to us from there, Eazy Reminder will transfer and keep your information safe. Your submission of information represents your consent to this transfer.
• SHREEKUNJ SOFTECH does not control or manage the internal operations of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

8. Your Rights

Unless subject to an exemption, you have the following rights concerning your data:

• The right to request a copy of your data which we hold about you;
• The right to request for any correction to any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
• The right to object to the processing of personal data;
• The right to complain about a supervisory authority.

The user has right to know whether personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organization. If you have an account with any of our services, you are entitled to a copy of any personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to restrict how we use your information in your account when you register.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Eazy Reminder agrees that any suit, action or proceeding against the Company brought by any, directors, Experts, officers, users, and any affiliates, or by any person who controls company, arising out of or based upon this Agreement, and any claim, controversy or dispute arising under or related thereto or the transactions contemplated hereby may be instituted in Gujarat, India, and waives any objection which it may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue of any such proceeding, and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any suit, action or proceeding.

10. Miscellaneous

In case of a conflict in any terms of Privacy Policy, the decision of Eazy Reminder shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim on this ground. Please also read Terms of service as set out on the website/app. By accessing the website/app, it shall be deemed that you have read the Terms of service and this policy and the same are acceptable and binding upon you.

11. Deleted Data Requests

This Privacy Policy states that if the user is requesting data that has been deleted due to quality purposes, the user can email support@eazyreminder.com to recover a screenshot of the data which was removed.
