Hand it over instead of chasing it

Send one reminder or a whole folder — with its sub-folders and attachments — to your partner, your parents or a colleague. They get their own copy to act on.

Sending needs a paid Pro plan. Receiving and accepting works on the trial too.

However the other person is reachable

By phone number

Pick someone from your contacts. If they already use the app, it arrives straight away.

Family & Friends groups

Build the group once — the house, the siblings, the project team — and send to all of them at once.

Invite link

For people who are not on the app yet. Send the link by WhatsApp or SMS and they claim it after installing.

It is a copy, not a shared document

When someone accepts, they get their own copy of the reminder or folder. They can edit, complete or delete it without touching yours, and you keep yours the same way. Nobody can overwrite anybody.

That makes it right for handing over a task — "you deal with the electricity bill this month" — rather than for two people editing one live list.

Households that run on reminders

  • PartnersOne Home folder with the bills, the school dates and the maintenance visits
  • Adult childrenSend your parents their medicine and check-up reminders, set up for them
  • Small teamsHand a client follow-up to whoever is picking it up this week
  • Landlords and tenantsRent collection dates on both sides, with the amount attached

Stop being the only one who remembers

Share the folder once and it is everyone's problem now.
