Click on the photo symbol, and a popup screen will open with options such as: 1. Take Photo: Select this option if you want to capture a new photo. 2. Select Image: Choose this option if you want to upload an existing image. 3. Select PDF: Opt for this option if you want to attach a PDF file with a reminder. After selecting any one of the above options, a new screen will open where you need to enter the title, date, time, and other required data. Then, click on 'Set Reminder'.

On the 'Add Photo Reminder' page, click on the camera icon in the top-right corner, and choose the desired option from the pop-up screen.

Press the microphone icon, and a pop-up screen will appear, displaying a microphone symbol. To record a voice memo, press and hold the microphone symbol.

Copy the link received from another application, then open the Eazy Reminder app. Press the location icon. On the Add Location Reminder screen, paste the copied link, add the desired details and tap 'Set Reminder'.

Press the location icon. On the Add Location Reminder screen, select "Add location from the map" and Google Maps will open. Set your desired location and tap share your location from the top right menu [ ]. Return to the Eazy Reminder app and paste the copied link, add the desired details and tap Set Reminder.

You can attach up to 12 photos and 6 PDFs (max 20 MB per PDF) to a single reminder.

Yes. Create a Photo reminder, attach PDF or JPG files, select your desired folder, set a future date and save the reminder.

Tap the ＋ button and choose Text. Type the title and details, pick a date and time, set a priority if you like, then tap Set Reminder.

Tap the ＋ button and choose File, pick a PDF or document, set the title and time, then save. You can open or download the file from the reminder later.

Create a Location reminder and set the place. When you reach that area, the app reminds you automatically. Keep location permission enabled for arrival alerts to work.

Open a photo reminder and tap the image to open it full screen. Pinch to zoom, and swipe left or right to move between multiple images.

Tap the download icon on the image, or open it full screen and use the download button. Photos save to your gallery and other files save to your device.

Open the reminder and tap Snooze. Use the − and + buttons to choose between 5 and 60 minutes, and it re-alerts after that time.

While creating a reminder, choose a repeat option such as daily, weekly, or monthly. It then recurs automatically on that schedule.

Pre-reminders are extra alerts before a reminder is due, for example 10 minutes and 1 hour before. You can add several per reminder.

Full-screen alerts show a bigger, hard-to-miss reminder pop-up when it is due. You can turn them on per reminder.

Your next reminder appears on the lock screen so you can see it at a glance without opening the app.

Normal, Important, and Critical mark how urgent a reminder is. A coloured accent makes urgent reminders stand out in your list.

Pick a ringtone in Settings, or per reminder while creating it, so alerts play the sound you choose.

The bell opens your Notifications inbox, where reminder alerts and app updates collect. The badge shows how many are unread; tap a notification to open it, and the count clears once you have viewed them. Sign in to see notifications synced to your account.

Open Alarms from the clock icon at the top of the home screen. Tap Add alarm, set the time, choose which days it repeats and a ringtone, then save. The alarm rings on your phone, and you can turn it off or snooze it.

An Alarm rings at a set time on chosen days, like a clock alarm — best for wake-ups and routines. A Reminder is a task at a date and time that can carry a photo, voice note, file, or place — best for things to do.

Open Events from the calendar icon at the top of the home screen to track yearly dates like birthdays and anniversaries. Add an event with its date and category, and you will be reminded each year.

In any 'Add Reminder' screen you will find a box labeled 'Select Folders and Subfolders'. Tap it to reveal a list of folders. Choose a specific folder or subfolder and your reminder will be saved there.

Tap the "Important Folders" button on the home screen and a list of folders will open. At the bottom you will find 'Add Folder'. Tap it to create a new folder.

Yes — the Calendar view and List view always show every reminder across all folders.

Open the Notes tab and tap the ＋ button to jot a note, then pick a colour. The colour stays in sync across your devices.

Yes. Open a reminder or note, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Convert. Reminders become notes and notes become reminders, keeping their content.

The To Do tab gives you boards with cards you can move between columns. You can have as many boards and cards as you like.

Switch between Day, Week, and Month at the top of Home, jump between dates, and use the filter button to narrow by type, priority, or status.

Open the reminder and tap Complete, or use the check on the list row. Completed items move to the Completed tab.

Open the reminder or note, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Bookmark to pin it for quick access.

Open the reminder, tap the three-dot menu, and choose History to see its past occurrences and changes.

Open a reminder, tap the three-dot menu and choose Share, then pick who to share with. Shared items stay updated for everyone. Sharing is a Pro feature.

Invite links let you share with anyone, even people not on the app yet. Refer and Earn lets you invite friends by phone and earn rewards when they join.

You can use the app without an account. Sign in to securely sync your reminders to the cloud and across your devices.

Open the Eazy Reminder web app and choose Scan web QR from the phone app menu. Approve on your phone to open the same account in your browser. Web access is a Pro feature.

With Pro you can export reminders to Google and Apple Calendar so they appear alongside your other events.

The Pro plan removes ads, unlocks 2 GB of cloud storage, unlimited cloud-synced reminders, an extra 5 GB storage plan, and sharing (folders, reminders & notes to contacts, Family & Friends groups, and invite links for people not on the app yet — each recipient gets their own copy). Sharing requires a paid Pro subscription and is not included in the free trial. It is available as Monthly ($1.99 / India country pricing) or Annual ($11.99 / India country pricing). Your paid subscription renews automatically at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel before it ends.

You can stop future billing from your app store account settings. You can also tap the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the app to be redirected to your store subscriptions page.

Payments are taken by Google Play or the App Store, so refunds follow their policies and are handled by them. You can ask for one from your Google Play or Apple account. If something went wrong, email support@eazyreminder.com and we will help you raise it with the store.

Every new account gets a 3-day Pro trial automatically when you sign up. We give it inside the app, so it needs no card and never turns into a paid subscription — you are never charged for it. When it ends you move to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Sending shares and calendar export are not part of the trial.

On top of the 2 GB included with Pro, you can add a 5 GB storage plan (monthly or yearly) for heavier photo and file use.

Renew and cancel are managed from your app store account. If a paid plan is not showing in the app, tap Restore Purchases.

A declined purchase comes from the app store, not the app. Try a different payment method, make sure your card allows online and recurring payments, and check that purchases are enabled for your account.

When you delete your account it is deactivated and scheduled for deletion, and you are signed out. You have 30 days to recover it by signing in again with the same account. After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — that must be done through your app store account.

Choose Light, Dark, or System in Settings under Appearance. The whole app follows your choice.

Set your preferred date format and 12- or 24-hour time in Settings. Dates and times across the app update to match.

Use Backup or Export in Settings to save your data, and sign in so it also syncs to the cloud automatically.

Tap your avatar (your initials) at the top right, or open the menu and tap Profile, to update your name, email, phone, and profile photo. You can also sign out from there.

If alerts are not arriving, the phone is likely sleeping the app. Turn off battery optimization for Eazy Reminder, allow the Alarms and reminders permission, and enable Autostart on phones that have it (Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, and similar).

Make sure you are signed in and online, then pull down to refresh. If it persists, sign out and back in to re-link your account.

Web sign-in is Pro-only and QR-based. Open the web app, scan its QR code from the phone app menu, and approve on your phone.
