Billing
Before you pay
What exactly happens after the 3-day trial?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — reminders beyond the free sync limit stay on your phone and simply stop syncing to the cloud until you upgrade or remove some. You are not charged automatically, because the trial does not collect a payment method.
Where am I actually charged?
Through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. Eazy Reminder never sees or stores your card details — the whole purchase happens inside the store's own payment sheet.
How do I cancel?
Open your subscriptions in Google Play or the App Store and cancel there; the app has a shortcut to that screen under Settings. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Google and Apple under their own policies, since they take the payment. Write to
support@eazyreminder.com if something went wrong and we will help you raise it with them.
I paid, but the app still says Free.
Open Settings and use "Restore purchases" while signed in to the same store account you paid with. If it still shows Free after that, send us the order ID from your store receipt at
support@eazyreminder.com and we will fix it on our side.
Do I need Pro on every device?
No. Pro follows your account, so signing in on another phone, tablet or the web app carries it with you.
